I come from a performance background; what I THOUGHT I was able to achieve in terms of human connection and resonance with the types of work I was doing was blown out of the water once I became a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. I still love performance, but being able to connect to the very core of someone's experience, wordlessly within a session, alongside motherhood, is truly the most profound and humbling part of my life.
I was in the last NZ Body Intelligence training led by Ged Sumner every seminar, with Angela Wheeler and Simon Gosling in assistance. I've been assisting on the training since 2013, presenting since 2015 and a Senior Tutor since 2020. Having done post-grad work with Michael Shea, Steve Haines and Lolly Dadley Moore.
I treat in Wellington, where I've had a clinic for 10 years, and now also from our sleepout in Halcombe, Manawatū, where the pigeons coo to my clients. I love fitness; having used to teach barre and other fitness classes and going on adventures with my partner and two sons.
I've been teaching performance and now cranio for 20 years, so I have a good understanding of what it means to help lead people through experiences that may seem uncomfortable or unfamiliar - helping to lean on the strength within to guide the right path. I'd love to support you on your craniosacral journey as mine also continues to expand and unfold.
